Lord Byron:

"Sorrow is knowledge, those that know the most must mourn the deepest, the tree of knowledge is not the tree of life"

Visiting Rob & Gran

This early morning I met Rob for breakfast in Schiedam at the Hema of all places!
Here you can see the Stedelijk Museum we passed on our way back from the market
Also this little fella, symbol for a local herb liqueur, is famous; 'Proosje van Schiedam'
The Sinterklaas symbol, Batman would be so jealous...
Then we went to my granny's grave, this is how I encountered it
And this is how I left it
She loved roses as do I

Rob loves his brand new iPhone!

Rob and I both loved this very special and beautiful gravestone
We walked all the way back to the city centre and passed this windmill

Rob near his old home

We went to his local pub, Van der Wal, and met many people, here you can see sweet Pol & Suus
Suus and I really got along. She is gorgeous, very sensitive and spiritual, artistic and fun to be with!

Rob looks content after a busy day, just as I was, happy
He now sometimes wears glasses and I couldn't resist styling him as Theo

Vin & Zor

After Leilaney & Attila had left Lavinya lay on the bed and soon Zorlan curled up against her.
Lavinya started to dream and nearly kicked Zorlan in the face...

Laan & Til

Attila is not okay for quite some time now. The dogs take turn watching over him.
Even Leilaney is crawling very carefully next to him many times.
Just before I took this pic Attila was licking Laney's ears for a bit.
How sweet!

Cats & Tulips Cat Show

Cats and Tulips, the Dutch TICA Club, organized a Cat Show here in Hellevoetsluis.
My friend van Siduroy's Miriam is the President and she did a splendid job!
Here you can see her showing one of her Maine Coon cats
TLC Polycoons's Sharon, another friend of mine, showed her Coons as well, here she is with her gorgeous girl Saki
Royal Mainlys's Sandra was there as well

Sharon's beautiful boy Butch
her Saki
I do love the alien appearance of this rare breed, the Singapura. They are the smallest breed there is.
This is a male kitten
This Singapura is his dad

But I fell for the Pixie-Bob.
This girl Yana was sweet and calm
She even fell asleep on daddy's lap

This is Catsheavens's male Gatou
Some prefer the Sphynx

Others an American Curl
Or a British Shorthair

There were plenty of Maine Coons!
Mo's Jane
and her Pumba

Also there were lots of Bengals, especially for Yvon who didn't show up... ;-}

And even a Savannah
